InfectionV
An infection has spread. It turns nearby NPCs into zombies that will attack you on sight. Some of them can now sprint and actively chase the player.
The infection spreads within a 75 meter radius. Affected NPCs will exit vehicles and engage you immediately.
Installation
– Install ScriptHookV
– Install ScriptHookVDotNet
– Install Lua
– Copy infectionV.cs into the scripts folder. Create the folder if it does not exist
– Start the game and press F9 to activate the mod
