This tweak will just remove the Rockstar entrance logos when you begin the game.
It will have no effect on any subsequent EULAs or policies. For now.
How Does It Work:
It just replaces the original rockstar_logos.bik file with a one- second fake, blank version.
How to Install:
Start OpenIVTools > Package Installer.Select GTA V: No Intro OIV 1.1.zip.Select the "mods" folder as the installation destination. Allow the installer to perform everything for you.
