Installation:
1.Install the following: https://www.gta5- mods.com/scripts/addonpeds- asi- pedse...
2. Move the Joker files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add Joker to the list of streaming peds.
4. Optional: To spawn in certain costumes, install Menyoo trainer and place the files from the "Outfits" folder menyooStuff\Outfit, then pick them using Menyoo. You may also modify the makeup, hair, and other variants with it or any other trainer.
