IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT (MUST READ TO PREVENT CRASHES): Due to how FiveM handles streamed DLC ped models, you MUST meet one of the following criteria:
- Option A: Your server has an active FiveM Patreon Key (Element Club Argentum or higher).
- Option B: If you DO NOT have a Patreon key, you MUST set maximum server clients to 10 in your server cfg file. Set sv_maxclients to 10.
WARNING: Skipping this step on standard non Patreon keys with 10 or more slots will cause game crashes or invisible models.

Installation Instructions
- Extract the downloaded Niko Bellic (FiveM Ready) folder.
- Inside locate the resource folder named mp_m_niko_01.
- Drag and drop the folder into your server resources directory.
- Open your server cfg file and add this line: ensure mp_m_niko_01
- Restart your server.
