Backup the original.ytd files if needed.
Install path is x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero.
In addition to replacing Michael's Head in the "streamed_players" path, replace "head_000"
in this path as well:
\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_zero\head_000_r.ydd
Michael's default "Head" texture will be this face. Choose a bald hairdo or mask the drawable texture with a trainer to view his haircut. The file also contains a collection of t- shirts.
