- Go to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf\
- Drag the files from the archive there

Face tattoos:
- Open OpenIV and
- Go to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\
streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two - Trevor
- Go to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\
streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero - Michael
- Drag the files from the archive there
