Description
This mod adds new interactions with beggars around the streets, making them react to your presence and giving you the option to help them with money.
Features
- Beggars notice you when you stand near them and may ask for money
- Giving money hands the beggar a $100 bill
- Each beggar has a 1 in 10 chance of attempting to rob you
- During a robbery, you lose up to $5,000, matching the game's punishment for being wasted or busted
- If you have less than $5,000, only your available money is taken
- You can resist the robbery or allow the beggar to take your money
- Stolen money can be recovered after a robbery
Spend some time near beggars on the streets and they will react to your presence. You can choose to give them money, but repeatedly helping beggars comes with the risk of being robbed.
Installation Instructions
- Open the mod's scripts folder
- Copy the included file into your game's scripts folder
