This plugin keeps your weapon's flashlight on even when you're not aiming or in a vehicle.
To turn on the flashlight, use the same controls as in the main game: E on the keyboard and DPad Right on the controller by default.
Includes two versions: RAGEPluginHook and ScriptHookVDotNet.
