The mod adjusts the speed of all vehicles in GTA 5, making it closer to realism.
Installation instructions for Read Speed Mod:
- Using OpenIV, navigate to the game folder update.rpf\common\data.
- Activate the edit mode and replace the handling.meta file there with the file of the same name from the mod archive.
- Done, the mod is installed.
