The True Realistic Driving V mod fundamentally changes the driving mechanics in Grand Theft Auto 5. Every vehicle in the game, from a motorcycle to a tractor-trailer, has been revamped to reflect its real-world counterpart. Higher mass vehicles are tougher to control and slower to accelerate, but can hit harder in collisions.
