Description
Wanted Reworked is a mod that adds more depth to the GTA V wanted system, expanding it with new features and ideas inspired by RDR2 and GTA VI. WORKS ONLY ON THE LEGACY VERSION! (Supported Game Version: 1.0.3889.0 Legacy)

Features:
- Crime and witnesses: Cops will no longer automatically know your full character and vehicle description after a crime gets reported. If you commit crimes without being seen by witnesses, wanted stars will display as empty. Staying near a crime scene or acting suspiciously will raise the suspicion meter; once it reaches 100%, you will be recognized. Witnesses who see you will report your description to the cops.
- Identification and warrants: Cops need time to identify your character and vehicle based on proximity. Character identification is split into clothes (50%) and face (100%). Red icons under the HUD indicate identified parts. Cops will remember you after losing a wanted level, and blue stars/icons will show previous identification. Changing appearance makes recognition harder.
- Threat escalation: Cops use non-lethal weapons and attempt arrests if you are not hostile. Drawing a weapon or being hostile triggers lethal force authorization (indicated by a HUD weapon icon). If you haven't been hostile for a while, a surrender option is available (except at 5 stars). Chase behavior is improved with tactical blocks and pit maneuvers instead of random ramming.
- Security peds behavior: Security peds behave similarly to cops and can now arrest you.
- Quality of life patches: Cops can now arrest you from any vehicle (including bikes) and at any wanted level above 1 star. All crimes now require being witnessed and reported, with the report time increased from 5 to 10 seconds.

Installation Instructions
Run WantedReworked.oiv with OpenIV. If you are using RDE, run WantedReworked+RDE.oiv instead.
