Handling Injector by PeppeProduction works in both Story and ONLINE modes.
To use:
Import/set/get vehicle handling, then press F5 to inject into the car. Have fun!

This works on both Steam and Social Club versions. If you get a Net Framework issue, try running as administrator.
This is a simple software that modifies the values of the handling discovered in the memory process of GTA5 and replaces them with your own settings.
When you quit the game, everything is as it was.
Open the executable file and import your own handling.Meta, enter the game, get inside your vehicle, and hit f5 to inject new handling parameters.
