Meta Toolkit is a GTAV utility that can alter definition files (*.ytyp).
- Placement files (*.ymap).
- Manifest files (*.ymf).
- meta files (*.ymt, just resource files; no PSO files)
Simply drag and drop the file onto the executable to convert it to XML. Drag and drag the xml file back onto the executable to convert it. There are many unknown fields in xml. If you try with these, please share your findings in the GTAForums post.
Remember to back up your GTAV files before using this utility!
If you have altered files, do not use GTA Online. I do not accept responsibility for such bans.
Prerequisites:
.NET Framework 4.6.
