Description
Promo Visuals is a visual overhaul inspired by Grand Theft Auto V’s promotional material, pre-release screenshots, trailers, and the overall presentation style of the Gen 7 (PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360) and Gen 9 (PlayStation 5 / Xbox Series X|S) versions of the game. The goal is to capture a mix of the artistic direction Rockstar used across GTA V’s promotional material.

- Gen 7-inspired fog and atmospheric presentation.
- Brighter and more sunlit Extra Sunny and Clear weather.
- Stronger directional lighting inspired by the 2011 trailer.
- Removed distant environmental blur from Extra Sunny and Clear weather.
- Increased haze during sunsets and sunrises for more depth, fog, and colour.
- Smog and Clear sunsets using 2012-inspired sky colours.
- Gen 7-inspired sky colours, including bluer nights and lighter days.
- Gen 7 Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3-inspired lens flare.
- Increased pedestrian lighting and shadow intensity.
- Increased shadow draw distance.
- Adjusted pedestrian light bounce, headlight intensity, light bokeh, and corona size.
- Miscellaneous artificial light and tonemapping adjustments.
- Four colour gradient presets inspired by pre-release images: Mirror Park / Hotel, Dark Blue Sky, Blue Night, and Green Night.
- Adjustable saturation slider and bloom configuration.
- Optional: Increased LOD and Light Falloff Distance.
- Optional: No Lens Artefacts (removes blue lens glare).
- Optional: No Lens Flare or Vanilla Lens Flare restoration.
- Bonus: Beta/Promo-inspired players for Franklin (outfit and body tone) and Michael (adjusted head textures and stylised light glare).
