Changelog
- New turbofan engine sound for the Boeing 777-200/300, named ge90115b.
- Added an experimental add-on helicopter sound, named arriel2b.
Description
This is an add-on with custom AWC files featuring heavily modified custom engine/exhaust audio, which can be loaded onto any vehicle by changing audioNameHash in the vehicles.meta. It adds AWC files along with custom DAT10, DAT151 and DAT54 REL files used for audio configuration.
Features
- 42 engine sounds included
- Custom entries for: Engine, Exhaust, Afterburner, Idle, Propeller, Banking, Distant, Ignition/Startup, Doors, and Wind
These mods may require that you have the original game dlcpacks enabled to work properly. Extra information and a glossary are provided in the archive.
To ensure that you only get files that you can use, a SP DLC and FiveM Resource package are distributed separately.
Installation Instructions
The latest OpenIV version is needed to install this mod. CodeWalker's latest dev release is also recommended for those seeking to tune the sounds for themselves, in order to edit the REL files.
Detailed instructions are provided in a readme.txt for each mod. For ANY of your aircraft, vanilla or mods, you need to find and open its corresponding vehicles.meta, find and change the audioNameHash line.
