Install:
1-) Download the latest OpenIV version from openiv.com.
2-) After installing and starting the application, there will be a game selection screen. Select the GTA V Windows version.
3-) On the next window, pick the folder containing GTA5.exe and hit proceed.
4-) You will now view the game files. Click the Edit Mode button above.
5) Copy the files sovereign.yft, sovereign_hi.yft, sovereign.ytd, and sovereign_hi.ytd to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
