To install:
1. Copy the 'galaxyroamer' folder to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/".
Step 2: Open OpenIV and browse to 'dlclist.xml' under "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Set as "< Item>dlcpacks:/galaxyroamer/< /Item>"
