Installation: (Add- On)
1. Put all of the files into a directory.
2. Transfer the 73delta folder (including dlc.rpf) to \update\x64\dlcpacks.
3. Per the update.rpf Go to \common\data, edit dlclist.xml,
and add this line:
dlcpacks:\73delta\
4. Using the trainer, navigate to vehicle spawn by model name, DLT88.
