Installation:
Navigate to GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data.
Extract dlclist.xml and add the following line:
dlcpacks:\nis13\
Go to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
create a folder named nis13.
Add the attached dlc.rpf file.
Spawn name: nis13.
