Installation (Add-on):
OpenIV and go to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
Create a folder named subisti08 and drag the dlc.rpf file into it.
Next, go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data.
Edit dlclist.xml and add the following line:
dlcpacks:/subisti08/
