Extra Options:
- EXTRA: 1: GTA License Plate Front
- EXTRA: 2: GTA License Plate Rear
- EXTRA: 5: EU License Plate Front
- EXTRA: 6: EU License Plate Rear

To install:
1. Navigate to "mods/updatex64/dlcpacks".
Create a new folder named "gtam21" and insert this "dlc.rpf" file into it.

2. Export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" to your desktop using OpenIV.
Open the file in any text editor,
and add the following line at the end:
dlcpacks:/gtam21/

3. Using OpenIV, re- import "dlclist.xml" into the previously indicated location.

4. Finally, use any trainer to create the automobile with the following name: gtam21
