Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2: Export with OpenIV
Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
Open it in Notepad and add the following line:
dlcpacks:\evcrs8\
3:
dlc_evcrs8:/
update:/dlc_patch/evcrs8/
Save and replace.
Use the modifier to spawn the car by name: evcrs8
