Both SP & FiveM files included for install
- Extract cmstrs3.zip folder
- Now Inside your GTA 5 folder go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Inside the DLC Copy the Extracted File
- Using OpenIV Go to mods/update.rpf/x64/common/data/dlclist.xml
- Add this to the xml file dlcpacks:/cmstrs3/
- Now save the file.
- Spawn using the name : cmstrs3
