Installation:
[Editing dlclist.xml]
1. In OpenIV, add the "rs322" folder to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2. Using OpenIV, navigate to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data — and extract the "dlclist.xml" into any folder of your choosing.

3. Include the following line:

dlcpacks:/rs322/

4. Save your modifications and return the changed "dlclist.xml" file to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
