You must have OpenIV installed to install this mod.
Addon:
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks.
Create a new folder named "cookiers6a" and drag dlc.rpf into it.
Next, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data.
Edit dlclist.xml and add "dlcpacks:/cookiers6a/" above ""
Make sure you save.
To spawn the automobile in- game, use a trainer to spawn by name and input "cookiers6a".
