Description
The Declasse Merit LX is intended to be the lore equivalent of the 1986–1990 Chevrolet Caprice. It is a civilian version of an edit of the stock Impaler LX.

Requirements
- Game version 1.69 (Bottom Dollar Bounties) or later
- Custom gameconfig
- Modkit Limit Adjuster

Installation Instructions
- Open OpenIV.
- Open your mods folder. If you do not have one, create it.
- Extract the sp_meritbox folder from the .rar archive into: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Open dlclist.xml located at: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
- Add the following line to the bottom of the file: dlcpacks:/sp_meritbox/
