Installation Instructions
Place the “sierra25” folder in:
gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml located in:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Edit the file and add the following entry at the bottom:
dlcpacks:/sierra25/
Save the changes and close the file.
Spawn Name: sierra25
