Installation

– Open OpenIV
– Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
– Extract the "dilec" folder from the archive
– Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
– Add the line: dlcpacks:/dilec/
– Gameconfig required
