- Move the mfur folder to gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Find dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
- Open dlclist.xml in edit mode
- Scroll to the bottom and add a new line
- Insert dlcpacks:/mfur/
- Save and exit
