To install, create a backup of x64e>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf before proceeding. Then replace premier.yft.
====> Premier_hi.yft>premier.ytd
DO NOT CHANGE THE CAR!
Do not re- upload the car if you are doing paint jobs.
Upload just the PNG pictures, not the whole car, and save the original download. LINK

To create a larger flame exhaust, change the exhaust file in x64i>>levles>>gta5>>vehiclemods>>premier_mods.rpf.
Make a backup and replace: Prem_exhaust2_mod.yft

For many liveries, I have a customized vehicle.meta.
To avoid crashing your game, just go to
Update> update.rpf >> common >> data >>Levels >>
gta5>>Vehicles.meta.
*2* Extract the file to your desktop and open it in Notepad or Notepad++ to search for Premier.
*3* Scroll to the Flags line, then add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY", save, then replace it again.
