gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Open:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
- Right-click dlclist.xml and select Edit.
- Scroll to the bottom of the file and add a new line.
- Add: dlcpacks:/man63/
- Save the file and close the editor.
