Install:
(1) Copy the update folder to X:\Grand Theft Auto V\.

(2) Use OpenIV to extract X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml, then open it in Notepad and add a new line.
dlcpacks:\evo8\
Save it and use OpenIV to replace it.
(3) You may use Simple Trainer to spawn it by name.
