1. Copy the 'truscout' folder to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/".
2. Launch OpenIV and browse to 'dlclist.xml' under "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Replace with "< Item>dlcpacks:/truscout/< /Item>"
