This patch replaces the freight train in GTA V with the BR 145 by Bombadier Traxx.
J10's Railroad Engineer Mod allows you to step in the train's cab and operate it.
Any mod that activates the interior light may be used to enable the dashboard light.

About the model and credits:
The original model is from Train Simulator 2015, then MrGTAmodsgerman scratched the whole detailed inside.
The model may differ from the original real life BR 145. I apologize for the inconvenience; utilizing poor Google image results makes it difficult to reproduce the model.
If you believe this mod is the BR101, you may install a fresh alternative skin.

How to Install?
If you didn't know, just open the oiv file in the "Automatic Installation" folder using the OpenIV Package Installer (OpeinIV > Tools > Package Installer).
Before proceeding, just transfer the x64e.rpf file to your modifications folder!
