To install, go to X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks and type 1:gle63c.
2: Launch OpenIV and go to X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml.
Use dlcpacks:\gle63c as an example.
Copy the 1:gle63c folder to the specified location.
X: Grand Theft Auto V Update X64 DLC Packs
2. Export using OpenIV.
X: Grand Theft Auto V update, rpf common data dlclist, XML file.
Then, open it in Notepad and insert the following line:
dlcpacks:gle63c
Save and replace.
spawn: gle63c
