The Tactical M4A1 CQB (Animated) is a mod for Grand Theft Auto V. It introduces a new firearm into the game namely, the Tactical M4A1 CQB. This weapon is renowned for its compact build and enhanced close-quarters capabilities, hence the 'CQB' in its name standing for 'Close Quarters Battle'. 

The M4A1 is a fully automatic variant of the M4 Carbine, which is a shorter and lighter version of the M16A2 assault rifle. It is extensively used by the US military and special forces. The modded version in GTA V comes with a range of tactical modifications such as an advanced holographic sight, a laser aiming module, a suppressor, and a front grip for added stability. 

The 'Animated' part of the mod name indicates that the weapon has been fully animated to provide lifelike feeling and visuals. This typically includes animations for reloading the weapon, firing, aiming, and other handling mechanics which adds more immersion to the gameplay. The mod is designed to integrate seamlessly into the GTA V environment, and it can usually be obtained via in-game weapon stores or cheats.

Installation:
Go to Grand Theft Auto V\(Mods)\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\ and replace the carabine files there.
If you got patchday4ng or higher, replace the silencer there. If you don't have patchday4ng or higher, just replace the silencer in patchday3ng.
