Go to Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpgunrunning\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\ and replace all the files here except for the suppressors!

The suppressors need to be replaced in: Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\
