Known Issues:
The flashlight is somewhat low and does not fully ride the attachment rail, however this is not obvious.
To install, extract the contents from the package and place them in a current update.rpf archive. Or you may do what I do and include modified weapons in an extra dlc, in which case I suggest utilizing Albo's. Also, utilize your mods folder. Come on, folks, this is not tough.
