This mod Made By Me (ARBAAB GTA VC MODS) In This Mod Angel comes and asks what do you want Tommy !

Installation : First, you need to open the folder (Replace With Model In GTA3.img). Then, you have to open imgtool and replace two files (vice3.dff and vice3.txd). These two files need to be replaced.

You need to go to your game folder of GTA VICE CITY, open the (model) folder there, and open GTA3.img with imgtool. When, you have to replace the files. After replacing your model, find the option in imgtool called (Rebuild Archive).  Click on this option to rebuild the archive. After that, your model will be successfully replaced.
Then, open the CLEO SCRIPT folder and copy the two files. Paste these files into your GTA VICE CITY folder,  and your mod will be installed! !

How this mod works:
First, you need to play your game GTA Vice City. After starting the game, you can either load a game or start a new game. You will not face any problems or errors. Once you are playing, no matter where you are in the game, you need to type the cheat code "ANGEL." After typing this, an angel will appear in front of Tommy and will ask you for three wishes. Pay close attention to what it asks. When it has asked everything, if you want money, type "MONEY." The angel will give you money and then ask if you need anything else. You will have three options: money, health, or guards. If you want guards, type "GUARD." If you need health, type "HEALTH."
