This mod is set shortly after a huge storm that destroyed the entire world.
Only in Vice-City some people have survived. But the sun can only be seen in pictures
and people are very jumpy. Only the port of Vice-City has been damaged. There
ships drifted and trucks were overturned. Otherwise, nothing happened to the city.
