Installation: Copy In To The Folder (Copy In To Your GTA VC GAME Directory) 2 Files In Your GTA Vice City Game Folder After Copied Files Your Mod Was Installed!!
Usage: If You Type "CALLBOAT" So A Helicopter Spawn To Tommy Faw Away And helicopter Will Travel To Near Tommy After Helicopter Is Near TO Tommy To Helicopter Drop There A Boat (SPEEDER) And Your Boad Deliverd!! And 5000$ Money Deducted From Tommy's Wallet!
