VCNG - Ped Variety 2

This mod updates all gangs in Vice City, adding new ped models and many textures to increase variety.

Gang updates:

– Cubans (Los Cabrones): 2 new models, classic "Vato" style, polo shirts, slacks, red/orange/yellow colors, some with hotrod T-shirts or Cuban logos. 65 textures across 4 models.
– Haitians: 1 new model, sporty outfits, track pants, VC Mambas T-shirts, bucket hats, tie-dye shirts, purple/blue colors. 59 textures across 3 models.
– Sharks (Streetwannabes): 2 new models, full jean jackets, school slacks, mixed-race gang, signature jean jacket/vest with logo. 33 textures across 3 models.
– VC Bikers (Angels of Death): 2 GTA 4 models, leather AOD cuts, low-res textures to blend with Vice City. Around 150 textures total.
– Vercetti Gang (Your gang): 2 models, classic 80s leisure Key West style, tropical shirts, jeans, sneakers, slacks, some balding members. 52 textures across 2 models.
– Diaz Gang: 2 models from Forelli Mob with edited textures for Latino look, tropical shirts, jeans, slacks, loafers. 45 textures across 4 models.
– Forelli Mob: 1 model swapped, business-leisure style, dark colors, striped shirts, art deco patterns, older members, bald or silver-haired. 52 textures across 2 models.

Other faction updates:

– Triads (gtri) now have Asian textures, gafr peds now appear black.
– Cops have more textures: old, bald, mustached. SWAT outfits darker.
– Black and Latino construction workers and firefighters added.

Additional changes:

– More regular ped textures for variety.
– Cutscene model textures updated for consistency.
– Voice lines updated for many peds (optional separate file).
– Phil Cassidy now has a moustache and new shirt.
– Sonny wears loafers instead of boots.
– Harry and Lee have new appearances.
– Tommy has new outfits and a gold chain necklace.

Remember to back up your files. Report any bugs or flickering textures with a screenshot so they can be fixed.
