Extended Mushrooms

Behaviour

– Huge Mushrooms now grow through random ticks with a 1:25 chance, similar to trees
– Unlike trees, they only grow on specific blocks
– On Mycelium and Podzol, they can grow at any light level
– On Dirt and Grass Blocks, growth requires a light level below 13
– Light requirements are configurable

Huge Mushroom block behaviour:
– Mushroom Stem Blocks drop themselves and can be used as a new wood type
– Brown and Red Mushroom Blocks have a chance to drop their related mushroom
– Using Shears or a Silk Touch tool drops the block itself
– These blocks can also be used like wool for crafting items such as red or brown beds

Mega Mushrooms:
– Placing 4 mushrooms in a 2x2 area allows a Mega Mushroom to grow

Crafting

– Fairy Ring
A new crafting system that lets you combine items using mushroom magic.

How it works:
– Place 8 mushrooms in a circle
– Uses the tag: "extendedmushrooms:fairy_ring_mushrooms"
– Creates a Fairy Ring used for unique recipes
– Recipes are available in JEI or the wiki

– 0.3 saturation
Can be cooked in:
– Campfire
– Furnace
– Smoker

– Mushroom Bread
A crafted food item made from 3 mushrooms of any type
Restores:
– 5 hunger
– 0.3 saturation

– Glowstone Crumbs
Dropped by Glowshroom Cap blocks
– 4 Glowstone Crumbs can be crafted into 1 Glowstone Dust

– Enhanced Mushrooms
Tested by multiple players and generally compatible
– Some recipe overlaps may happen
– Easily fixed with mods like Polymorph

Since version 3.0.0.0, Extended Mushrooms has official compatibility with Every Compat, allowing seamless support for mods that add wood blocks and recipes
