The Random Chance mod adds several blocks and mechanics that completely change the usual approach to collecting resources and interacting with the world around you. Each block introduces an element of randomness, allowing you to find unexpected materials and items.
Dice
One of the most interesting innovations are the dice.
When you place a dice, it generates a random number between 1 and 6.
This is the perfect item for creating mini-games, luck tests or just having fun with friends.
Random Blocks
The mod adds the following types of random blocks, each of which can be a real find:
Random Stone
When a stone is destroyed, random resources related to typical blocks of the regular world fall out of it.
Random Deepslate.
This block is related to resources that can be found at great depths. It is ideal for those who want to explore without going down into the mines.
Random Netherrack.
This unit gives out items specific to the lower world. Now you don't have to risk traveling to the dangerous Nether for rare materials!
Random End Stone.
By destroying this block, the player gains items related to the Edge dimension. A great way to get resources from the Ender World without defeating a dragon!
How does the mod work?
Each of the blocks added by the mod acts as a randomizer, giving out materials from certain biomes or dimensions when destroyed.
For example:
Nezerak can give out quartz, glowing stone, or even ancient debris.
Stone will give you typical resources from the upper world such as coal, iron, or even emeralds.
Blocks can be used to create maps with elements of randomness, competitions, or just to add variety to the resource mining routine.
