SpawnGuard mod is designed to facilitate the first moments of survival in the world of Minecraft. Many people face difficulties immediately after arriving: mobs attack, resources are not enough, and a safe shelter has not yet been built.

When entering the world for the first time, a special defense effect is applied to the player. This effect temporarily makes him invulnerable to damage from mobs, falls and other sources of danger. Thus, newcomers can safely collect the necessary resources, build a shelter or even explore the nearest neighborhood without fearing for their safety. The protection lasts for a limited time, after which the player becomes vulnerable, just like in a normal game.

There are customizations through the mod's configuration files. You can change its duration or determine which threats it will block.

In addition to the basic defense at first spawn, the mod adds a unique potion, it gives invulnerability after its application. The potion can be used before difficult battles, when going to Nether or just for protection in special scenarios.
