With the help of the editor and his meager model set, I transferred the layout into the game with my imagination. I had to change the dictionary size, and it seemed to work. So don't be surprised that one archive weighs 158 MB and the other 40 MB.
There are several map options in the archive:

2. with 7 sawmills – for those who want to ride a little more than intended;
3. with 10 sawmills – the maximum survived from the map;
4. with 20 sawmills – for those who would like to turn SpinTires into Dark Tires or into Spin Souls;
