-updated to latest 0.38.x BeamNG Version
-new Bridge to a new Island with Houses
-new small Fisher Town with Dock
-new Roads
-replaced hidden House in forest with a new one
-reworked Farm spawn
-reworked Highway spawn
-added a whole new Town with Curch, Gas Station, Restaurants, Houses, Markets, Car Dealer & Firestation
-added a new Drift Track (reimagined Ebisu Minami)
-added a new Offroad Bridge

-reworked Gas Station

-added Lights at night
-improved overall fps by removing trash Objects without quality loose
-changed how the Map gets installed (install it like every other mod)
