This is a miniscule update that took me like 45 minutes to do, but it's been a long time coming...
I just downloaded the latest Outlaw and looked through the files for how he changed the handlebar/hand attachment, and copied the 2 little chunks over to both my rider models.
This should fix them flopping around and falling off, but no other bugs have been addressed.
I noticed in testing there are new nodes around the kickstand and they spawn inside the female riders' lower-leg and as such she cannot be separated from the bike. They are one. lol
I AM PLANNING to completely redo this mod with more consideration for the expansions @thatjackguy has made to the Outlaw and trying to ensure seemless(er) integration WHILE improving existing features. This will take a long time as I don't work on mods much anymore and other projects are taking precedence over this one.

Hirochi Outlaw – Enhanced Rider Models
Hey guys, I'm back with another throw-together mod. This time it addresses the rider model on @thatjackguy's "Hirochi Outlaw" mod. The rider, in case you were blind, looked a bit like a Poptart. I downloaded a free human-skeleton model, scaled it to my liking, and used it as a template to stretch and simplify the existing rider mesh to fit over it.
Features
Improved Skeleton & Proportions:

A human skeleton now properly fits inside the rider model

Riders now have five fingers on each hand (hands are currently open)

Feet are now foot-shaped – no more flatbread feet
-
Heads are slightly less tiny (male head scaled 1.15x, female approx. 1.046x)
Male Rider:

Now stands 6'1" (originally intended for 6' even, but shoe soles added an inch)
-
Previously roughly 6'4" – now more realistically proportioned
Female Rider:
-
Scaled-down and proportionally adjusted copy of the male rider

Stands 5'8" – slightly above-average height
-
Almost completely remade torso and legs for proper proportions
Technical Improvements:

Complete, scratch-made, from-the-ground-up dedicated rider JBeam files

Male and female riders have their own JBeam configurations

Some minor texture fixes

Before: Rider looked like a Poptart – flat, disproportionate, with vague hands and feet

After: Properly proportioned human figure with distinct fingers, foot-shaped feet, and realistic height

How to Use
No included configs! To use the new riders:

Go into any Hirochi Outlaw vehicle configuration

Navigate to the customization menu

Under the "Rider" section, select:

"EXPERIMENTAL MALE" for the male rider

"EXPERIMENTAL FEMALE" for the female rider

Current Known Bugs & Issues

Rider legs are somewhat weak – Completely changed leg design with JBeam'd foot and ankle to reduce mesh stretching; will take time to fully debug

Hands are always open – Animated hands planned for future update

Clip-on handlebars invert the female rider's upper arm (except "Cafe Racer" configuration); fix pending

No major functionality issues – ready for testing and feedback
Future Plans

Animated hands with breakGroup models (similar to in-game glass) – hands will animate to operate clutch, throttle, front brake, and become invisible with open hands visible when rider breaks off bike

Animated feet (potential for shifter/rear brake operation)

Customizable rider suit and helmet colors – early preview colorable helmets included

Helmet accessories – early preview of "Cute Kitty Ears" shown

Physical JBeam'd head to reduce complication with helmet accessories and future-proof the mod

Motocross style open-face helmet with goggles
Installation
Simply drop the mod folder into your mods directory. It should work immediately. If you encounter any issues not listed, please PM the creator for assistance.

Author's Note (Added 6/24/2025)
After reading @thatjackguy's full post, I realize he mentions trying to improve his humanoid-modeling skills and adding customizable riders in the future. This mod is in no way meant to "steal his thunder." I also realize some wording in this post is unnecessarily critical of his rider model. I was legitimately clowning on the current look, but I don't want to discourage anyone from improving their skills.
Jack, sorry bro – I meant no offense. I love the Outlaw, and stick with it. You'll learn how to make humanoid models you like if you keep after it. I didn't mean to discourage you; I'm sorry for being inconsiderate.
