Mod adds
- hud bar at the top (HG)
- speed limit led light
- new icons on the map
- changes the appearance of the road advisor
- changes colors on mapi
- the speed limiter has changed position
- corresponds to dx 11
- smaller size of the mirror on the F2 key

The mod is intended only for the base SCS + DLC map
(Fix for another map mod definitely shows up)


Mod tested on version 1.39.2.1s
