@Modscu no, and it probably never will as PNG author could care less about the ATS side of things as he is from Germany.  Grimes Frosty Winter Mod for ATS is about all there is out there.

@Cr1s There's no need to extract the second and third parts! This is a multi-volume archive! You need to right-click on the first file (part1) and click Extract. Only then will files from all parts be extracted. In this case, all five files should be extracted. The third link has been corrected(redownload).

@mods82 you also need to rename the first rar to remove the underscores, all 3 archives need the same name.
